BIGGEST LOSER CONTESTENT HANLEY TALKS FITNESS AT K-VILLE OPEN HOUSE
Hayden's ATA Hosts ATAFit Workouts

On January 28, Hayden's ATA will host it's ATAFit Open House with special guest Mike Danley from season 12, Sept. 2011, of the NBC show "The Biggest Loser." The event will feature a kid's workout, adult workout, fitness challenge and talk by Danley.
"One of the most important forms of self-defense is protecting your body from obesity and that's what we want to show people with this open house." comments Zach Hayden, owner of Hayden's ATA.
Starting at noon, staff from Hayden's ATA will be conducting a fitness class for kids age 6-13 followed by the talk by Danley at 1:00. After hearing about his amazing fitness transformation Hayden's ATA will host an adult fitness class to kick your fitness goals into gear.
Hayden adds, "We're also inviting people to come out and take our fitness challenge. It'll take you just a few minutes and we'll be giving prizes away for the top kids and adults. So come out and test your fitness skills"
Parkview Noble will also be onsite taking blood pressure and handing out information on fitness and health.
Hayden's ATA offers free ATAFit classes to the public each week in an effort to help get the community in shape. This year they are participating in the President's Active Lifestyle Award with the ATA being an official partner in the program.

62-year-old Snider defensive line coach disregarded the competitive aspect of the program and used the fitness improvement concept of the show to drop some pounds and improve his health and well-being.
"For years, I have always done things for others," he said. "I realized this is something I had to do for myself. If I could do this and lose weight, I could buy some time as far as longevity is concerned and make life better for other people as well. I feel very good about myself and very appreciate of 'The Biggest Loser' for giving me the opportunity."
Danley started the show at 309 pounds. He did not win.
Dealing with other health issues as well, Danley said the show has helped him lose weight, begin a regular exercise program and change his diet with sugars, flour and fried foods being out and fruits, vegetables, lean meat and water coming in.
